The 3-Day Aligned Action Experiment
Thank you for participating.
For the Next 3 Days
Choose a real situation from your daily life where you've been delaying, avoiding, or struggling to start.
Examples: Writing content. Starting a project. Responding to an important email. Exercising.
Any task that feels important but difficult to begin.
When resistance appears, apply the following steps:
1. ACCEPT
Notice your current state and allow it to be here.
You may feel: Anxiety, resistance, fatigue, confusion, pressure, restlessness.
You do not need to become calm. Just stop creating a second layer of struggle on top of what is already present.
2. OPEN
Open your awareness to the reality of the situation, or the objects involved in the task.
For example: The screen, the document, the person in front of you, etc.
See what emerges.
3. START SMALL
Take action on what you see.
Or ask: "What is the smallest clean action I can take right now to move this situation forward?"
Not the perfect action. Not the entire project.
Just one clear step.
Examples:
Open the document and read it.
Write an outline.
Create a list.
Draft one paragraph.
Send one message.
Then relax and complete that step with your full presence.
The mantra is: "I don't care about the result for now. I only care about making this step clean."
After 3 days, you will receive a short feedback form. Happy exploring!
