STEP 1: Opening awareness is the first requirement
Do you know why you keep experiencing the same thing over and over again?
It is because you think the same thoughts and experience the same emotions every day! Those thoughts and emotions are the results of your past experiences.
In order to create a new reality, you first have to step out of the current stream of thought and emotion.
When your consciousness opens, you don’t feel you are gripped tightly by your emotions. You can get yourself to do what you are supposed to do without much resistance. Your actions follow your intelligence, not momentary mood or emotion.
When your awareness opens, you get access to your invisible dimension, which belongs to the field of infinite possibilities. You now can choose a future scenario and make it a new reality.
Opening awareness requires a period of striving and endurance so that your mind can settle down. Just like running, you probably don’t feel good when you start; only after running for a while do you feel expanding, even ecstatic!
STEP 2: Applying awareness
Once your awareness is free from the grip of thoughts and emotions, you now can "apply" your awareness to a “frame” of your future reality.
Wherever your awareness goes, energy flows, action follows, and the reality is created!
STEP 3: Maintaining awareness of what you intend to create.
Just as time is needed for a green fruit to ripen, you need to focus your awareness on the “frame” or your goal for a certain period of time to “produce” the new reality.
This is when all of us have great difficulty.
- How a daily schedule can “keep” my consciousness energy on my goal?
You just “surrender” to the schedule and follow it. This is a way to surrender to the present. It helps your mind settle down. You will experience more clarity and energy from the present, which Eckhart Tolle called “The power of now”. You will see many more beauties and surprisingly new possibilities.
Surrendering to your plan, to the moment is to guarantee that you live by your intent in each hour, each day, and each year. You are always on the right path.
The schedule also integrates other methods that support your manifestation, such as act-as-if, feel-as-if, visualization, the law of attraction, gamification, etc. You will feel more rewarding when working toward your goal.
With all ups and downs in my life, I see that there is no happiness that is bigger, deeper than the happiness that you can command your mind to do what you know is right. You may know rewards from sensory pleasures, which are short-lived and even harmful. But there is a much more powerful reward: Awareness! It gives you the power to build the life you want!
