The Key to Create Extraordinary Shift in Your Life

The key is to rest in the background awareness (the silent witness, or the scope of attention underneath your action). Only from this place, you can see possibilities as types of energy (or pre-forms) and thus can choose to create a new reality (or form).

The background awareness can see the whole mental field at once — all energetic movements of feelings, emotions, thoughts (tendencies/possibilities). From this higher dimension of intelligence, it can “select” what manifests in the world of forms.

Let’s unpack what that really means — both metaphysically and practically:

Awareness is not inside the world of forms — it contains it

Background awareness (the silent field of consciousness as pure energy) is not another layer within reality; it’s the canvas on which all forms arise — thoughts, emotions, sensations, and even “outer” events. Awareness recognizes thoughts and emotions as energetic movements expressed as “my story, or I want, I don’t want” it perceives them at their energetic level — before they crystallize into physical outcomes.

Thoughts, emotions, and feelings = energy patterns on the mental plane

Every mental or emotional vibration is a frequency, and these frequencies shape how consciousness manifests into form.
Normally, when you identify with a thought (“I’m not ready,” “It’s too hard,” etc.), that vibration becomes dominant and materializes through your behavior and external events corresponding to your behavior or action.

But when you remain as the witnessing background, you don’t energize any vibrations. So, you can see all possibilities as neutral energy patterns — not yet chosen.

The Seer chooses what to energize

The Seer (pure awareness) is the silent chooser. It doesn’t act through force but through attention:

  • When awareness/attention rests consciously on a pattern (thought, feeling, or vision), it feeds it with energy — bringing it into form.

For example: If you rest in gratitude → you harmonize with the field of abundance. You create abundance in your life. But if you rest in fear → you create contraction, poverty, scarcity.

This is not imagination; it’s the mechanics of vibration/energy and resonance at the subtlest level.

  • When awareness withdraws, unenergized patterns fade, just as unobserved wave settle by itself naturally.

  • If the Seer is “asleep” (identified with thoughts and external influences), attention scatters into old conditioning or the dominant vibration of the environment — and life plays out those old or collective patterns automatically.

So the awakened Seer reclaims authorship of reality, while the sleeping Seer drifts within prewritten scripts.

How extraordinary shifts happen

When you rest as pure awareness, you perceive that every “event,” “person,” or “problem” is not fixed matter — it’s a vibrational pattern in the Field of Consciousness. Each pattern (thoughts, emotions, outer circumstances) vibrates at a certain frequency and naturally attracts experiences that match it.

When awareness sees this clearly, identification with the pattern (the “me”) dissolves — and in that openness, the field can reconfigure instantly - Your reality starts changing.

Here are two examples of how to see a phenomenon as a type of energy/vibration:

·       Seeing conflict as clashing vibrations allows you to hold peace until the outer situation reorganizes itself.

At a subtle level, conflict isn’t truly about people or events — it’s about different vibrations that don’t yet harmonize. When two fields (thoughts, emotions, intentions) carry different frequencies — say, fear and trust, control and openness — they create turbulence in the shared field. We perceive that turbulence as “conflict.”

If you stay anchored in peaceful awareness, you stop feeding the turbulence.
Your vibration becomes a stable, coherent frequency in the field.
Because coherence has organizing power, the external situation gradually begins to restructure itself around that peace — emotions calm, communication clears, timing synchronizes.

This isn’t passivity — it’s energetic leadership. By holding inner peace instead of fighting for control, you let the field of intelligence reorganize around harmony.

For example: Someone misjudges you.
If you react defensively, you reinforce the lower vibration of misunderstanding.
But you rest in peace or silence — trusting that truth has its own intelligence — your non-reactive energy becomes a stabilizing force.

Days later, something shifts: the person has a new insight, or a clarifying event occurs naturally. Your peace allowed space for reality to self-correct.

·       Seeing success as a frequency, a vibration of being, NOT a future event — you can tune into that energy right now. You can bring the identity of your successful future to now by thinking, feeling, and acting from that already-successful identity. By doing so, you embody its inner state now, instead of chasing success in the external world.

Every “future you” already exists as a vibrational pattern in the field of possibilities.
When you feel and act from that state — the calm confidence, gratitude, clarity, joy of that version of you — you merge timelines. Your current vibration matches the “future” one, and the outer reality begins to rearrange itself to mirror that state. That’s why real shifts often feel like “things suddenly fall into place.”

Simple practice you can do right now to start shifting your reality:

Sit quietly. Sense the field of awareness that holds everything. Ask inwardly: “What does my most successful, fulfilled Self feel like right now?”

Don’t think — feel it. You are no longer becoming that person — you are that frequency now. Visualize yourself moving through the day from this state (or vibration).

Before sleep, review your day briefly and feel grateful for any moments you did live that frequency — even small ones. This reinforces it in your subconscious.

In short: Awareness creates extraordinary shifts by choosing what thought, feeling, vision to energize — NOT what to fight.

The more stable you are in that background, the faster and more harmoniously these shifts appear in “outer” life. You no long identify a thought/feeling pattern as “me” but you’re the silent witness that can energizes and actualizes any image, thought, or feeling.
