Greed: The Root of The Gain and Loss Circle

Greed pumps you to take action and more actions to get a good thing you’ve gotten before.

But greed is also a root of blindness (stupidity) and loss.

Why?

1. Greed operates from the ego, not intelligence.

True intelligence (clarity) operates from stillness, presence with infinite energy and pure potentiality, which can emerge as any possibility. Greed operates from the noise and limitation of the ego. When the ego leads, intuition is drowned out — you lose your inner guidance grounded in the infinite energy and potentiality of the Presence. You lose the infinite field of the Beingness for form.

That’s why every Master warned of greed:

  • Buddha: “Craving is the root of suffering.”

  • Jesus: “What good is it for a man to gain the whole world, yet forfeit his soul?”

2. Greed narrows perception – you lose the whole picture

When desire turns into grasping, awareness contracts – you can’t see the whole picture of your situation. You only see what (object) serves your craving or wanting. This loss of clarity of the whole picture leads to poor judgment and “stupid” decisions.

When desire blinds, wisdom sleeps.” — Ancient proverb

3. Greed is a vibration of lack

Greed is the energy of lack. It comes from “I don’t have enough; I want more” so life mirrors that vibration — struggle, conflict, and eventual loss.

Energetic signals:

Greed is dense, heavy, contracted energy – this feeling should give you a warning sign. But when you feel free and light: you’re acting from the energy of presence.

Presence reveals infinite potential

How to transmute greed into creative clarity?

Shift from ownership to participation with Presence (the Universe),

Presence reveals infinite potential — but the ego says, “I want to own, control, and achieve all of it.” – Tension arises. You feel urgency, anxiety, and want to control everything but can’t do much due to the contract of energy.

Awareness says,
“I am the source of it — I can express whichever serves the whole.”

When greed in you dissolves, creativity flows. The more you relax in presence, the more potential naturally arranges itself through you — without wanting or control. Clarity is openness to presence. Clarity feels light, silent, and expansive. It has full energy for effective action.

So: When excitement or grasping appears, ask:

“Is this inspiration or is this greed?”

Inspiration feels light, open, and joyful.
Greed feels tight, urgent, or fearful of missing out.

True creation is a dance in the Ocean of possibilities – one wave at a time.

You don’t manifest everything you see randomly — you attune to the one that resonates with you most and for the highest good. Then you let the next unfold naturally, like waves of inspiration.

Presence opens infinite potentials — but purpose provides direction.

When you enter a clear, expanded state, you might sense many creative ideas.
But if you chase every spark, you scatter energy and thus may not achieve anything significant. Among all the possibilities, you pick the one that feels most alive and coherent with your current purpose — the one that continues the same river, not a detour.

When purpose and inspiration merge, your energy becomes laser-focused — that’s when synchronicity, ease, and creative power multiply.

Before sleep, reflect:

·       When did I act from openness, clarity today?

·       When did I tighten (wanting, fearing, or craving)?

End with:

“I rest in the Ocean of abundance – all is the play of infinite consciousness in me.”

In sum: Greed seeks to possess the infinite. Clarity is itself the field of infinite possibility. Clarity expresses the infinite — one moment at a time.
